Expomatik Trade Fair Data Platform

Changelog

New features, improvements, fixes and security updates to Expomatik, release by release.

Expomatik is a trade fair exhibitor data and email outreach platform. This page lists the changes we make to it in each release. Release notes that have not been translated appear only in the Turkish version of this page.

v1.2.0Voice guide

20 October 2026

Every page in the panel can now be learnt by listening. The explanation is based on the current state of your account.

New
  • A Listen and learn button at the bottom right of every page explains aloud how to use the page, based on the state of your account.
  • An audio introduction to the system on the Overview page; you can reopen it at any time from the Guide page.
  • You can listen to the Assistant's replies read aloud in a natural voice, with pause and speed options.
Changed
  • Where something in an explanation is unclear, you are taken straight to our WhatsApp line.

v1.1.1List updates are now free of charge

11 October 2026

Companies and contact details added later to a trade fair list you have opened now appear in your list free of charge; the lock and the update fee have been removed. Members who previously paid an update fee have had the amount refunded to their balance. A digital business card with a QR code has been added for marketing representatives.

New
  • Digital business card for marketing representatives: a card that opens from a QR code without signing in, with Call, WhatsApp, email and "Add to contacts" in one tap.
Changed
  • The "List updated" card is for information only: it shows how many companies and contacts have been added since your last visit and closes with "Got it".
  • List update fees paid previously have been refunded to members' balances, and the members concerned have been informed by email.
Fixed
  • The unsubscribe link in Personal Mail campaign emails now uses the correct domain and can also be clicked in plain-text templates.
  • Campaign counters now work per recipient: follow-up emails are counted separately, progress never goes above 100 per cent and the delivery rate is calculated from actual data.
Removed
  • List update fee and locked preview: new companies added to your list now appear immediately and free of charge. A member who opened a list early does not pay more than one who opens it later.

v1.1.0Subscription and payments on one page

8 October 2026

You can now see and manage your plan, your next payment, your balance and your Secure Mail subscription on a single page. Past exhibitors have their own section, and companies that drop off a list no longer receive emails.

New
  • Subscription & Payments page: membership status, next payment date and amount, balance and a Secure Mail summary at a glance.
  • You can renew or upgrade your plan directly from the page, or cancel it at the end of the period; when you renew or upgrade, your remaining days are added to the new period.
  • Permanent quota increase for Secure Mail: it is added to your quota every month and included in the monthly fee; you can remove it at any time.
  • What you can do with your balance is now listed with current prices, and adding funds is now available on demo accounts too.
  • "Current exhibitors" and "Past exhibitors" tabs in trade fair lists: companies that drop off when a list is updated are not deleted but shown in a separate section.
Changed
  • Plan names and the menu are clearer: "Subscription & Payments" and "Transaction History".
Fixed
  • Companies that drop off a list in an update no longer receive emails from campaigns set up earlier, and follow-up emails to them stop as well.
  • Additional quota bought for the current period in Secure Mail is no longer charged again on renewal (previously the fee was taken and the quota was also reset).
  • The renewal button was missing for memberships awaiting payment, and the one-off list package did not appear on the page.
  • Collection alerts are clearer: instead of repeated alerts for the same trade fair, you are notified the first and third time; a list never shrinks.
