Expomatik is a trade fair exhibitor data and email outreach platform. It gives access to exhibitor lists from trade fairs worldwide and sends email campaigns to those companies, scheduled around the trade fair date. It is used by stand builders, travel agencies, logistics firms and any B2B company that sells products or services to trade fair exhibitors.

Open the exhibitor list of the fair you need in your panel, with verified company contact details. The fee is shown before you open the list and taken from your balance. There is no mandatory monthly plan.

Personal Mail

You connect your own email account, and messages go out from your address. The daily limit protects the sending reputation of your address. Suited to one-to-one, measured correspondence.

Secure Mail
Based on your usage
Starts with 5 sending addresses · about €46 (₺2,600.64) per address a month
For first contact at scale, a separate domain and secure sending addresses are set up for you, and sending runs from there. Your main domain is not put at risk. New sending addresses go through a preparation period of about 14 days, during which campaign sending is locked.

Prices are set in Turkish lira; euro amounts are converted at the daily rate.
To send, you first open the exhibitor list of the fair in your panel. The list fee is not included in the sending fees.
Catalogue unit fees
List fee per company €0.04 (₺2) · small lists of up to 50 companies are free · new companies added to a list you have opened are free · company information update €0.18 (₺10). The fee is shown on screen before every action; you are not charged for addresses found invalid during verification, and records that later turn out to be invalid are refunded to your balance.
What does Secure Mail cost per month?
With Secure Mail, the number of sending addresses depends on your target: each address carries about 1,200 emails a month, and you start with at least 5. Estimated monthly totals for three example targets:

These are estimates calculated at the current USD/TRY rate (₺0.23 per email sent, ₺0.56 per verification) and they change with the rate. Prices are set in Turkish lira; euro amounts are converted at the daily rate. Line items are rounded to whole euros, so their sum may differ slightly from the total. How are charges made?
There are no surprise amounts: what you pay, and when, follows these rules.
- You add funds to your balance in advance; charges are taken from the balance.
- The fee is shown on screen before every action.
- No charge for invalid addresses removed during verification.
- If an action cannot be delivered, the amount is refunded to your balance.
- Price changes are announced in advance and do not affect the current period.
- Payment by bank transfer in TRY, and in EUR where offered; invoices on a corporate basis.
