Expomatik Trade Fair Data Platform

How It Works

Four steps from the trade fair catalogue to your first meeting: what happens at each step, what you pay and what we do not promise.

How do you get a trade fair exhibitor list?

Expomatik is a trade fair exhibitor data and email outreach platform. It gives access to exhibitor lists from trade fairs worldwide and sends email campaigns to those companies, scheduled around the trade fair date. It is used by stand builders, travel agencies, logistics firms and any B2B company that sells products or services to trade fair exhibitors.

A trade fair exhibitor list takes four steps: choose a fair from the calendar, open its exhibitor list in your panel, have missing company email addresses completed and verified, then send a campaign scheduled around the fair date.

Searching and browsing the catalogue are free, the list fee is shown on screen before you open a list, and there is no mandatory monthly plan. Verification shows that an email address can technically receive email; it cannot tell whether a person still works at the company.

Learn the panel by listening

In the member panel, the Listen and learn button at the bottom right of every page explains how to use that page, based on the current state of your account. The voice guide follows the language you choose in your profile.

What happens at each step?

Nothing runs quietly in the background: at every step you can see what is done, what you pay and where the result appears in your panel.

  1. 1

    Choose the trade fair

You can find the fair that suits your sector or target market in the catalogue. Each fair shows its dates, city, venue and number of exhibitors, and fairs with a ready exhibitor list are marked.

If you are interested in a fair whose list is not ready yet, you can leave a request in one click, and we will let you know by email when the list is ready.

  2. 2

    Open the exhibitor list

The exhibitor list of the fair you choose appears in your panel. Each record shows the company name, country, sector and the catalogue the information came from. Records without a clear source are not published.

You can filter the list in the panel and add notes to company profiles. The list stays in your panel, and you can return to it whenever you need.

    What you pay
Pay as you go: the fee is shown before you open the list and taken from your balance. There is no mandatory monthly plan.

    Complete and verify contact details

Company email addresses and phone numbers are completed where they can be found. Before sending, every address is checked for format, domain (DNS) and deliverability, and invalid ones are removed.

Verification shows that an address can technically receive email. It cannot tell whether a person still works at the company, and we say so openly.

    What you pay
You are not charged for addresses that turn out to be invalid; records that become invalid later are refunded to your balance.

    Send and follow the replies

You can send from your own account (Personal Mail) or from the sending set-up prepared for you (Secure Mail). Campaign emails go to each company's general address. Sending is spread across working hours, the daily limit is never exceeded and there are no bulk blasts.

Replies are added to the company record in your panel, and the Daily Report shows how many emails were sent, delivered, bounced and replied to.

Personal Mail has a fixed monthly fee; Secure Mail is priced by sending addresses and usage. Current figures are on the Pricing page.

What do we commit to, and what do we not promise?

What we commit to

  • The source of every record is shown, including which catalogue it came from.
  • Every address is verified before sending; you are not charged for invalid addresses.
  • Every email carries an unsubscribe link and the sender's identity.
  • Anyone who unsubscribes goes on the suppression list and receives nothing further.
  • Sending is spread across working hours, and daily limits are enforced by the system.

What we do not promise

  • We cannot confirm that a person still works at the company.
  • We do not promise that an email will be read or that you will receive replies.
  • We do not measure open rates. No email carries an open-tracking pixel; we do not think recipients should be tracked without knowing it.

What we measure: sent, delivered, bounced and replied. The reasons are explained in Frequently Asked Questions.
