Expomatik Trade Fair Data Platform

How to Use Expomatik

Learn every part of the panel by listening or reading. In the member panel, the same guidance is offered on every page through the Listen and learn button, based on the current state of your account.

What is the voice guide?

Expomatik is a trade fair exhibitor data and email outreach platform. It gives access to exhibitor lists from trade fairs worldwide and sends email campaigns to those companies, scheduled around the trade fair date. It is used by stand builders, travel agencies, logistics firms and any B2B company that sells products or services to trade fair exhibitors.

The voice guide explains, in short and clear sentences, what each page of the Expomatik panel is for and what to do next. Every page in the member panel has a Listen and learn button at the bottom right; the guidance is prepared for the current state of your account, played section by section and can be stopped at any point.

The sections below are the general version of the same guidance. You can read each one or listen to it in English.

How do I reach company details?

Companies and contacts

By looking up a company you can have its missing details completed where they can be found.

The My Companies page keeps the companies you are working on together for you.

Once you exclude a company, the system never emails it again; that decision is kept for every campaign.

  • Guidance for your situation

The guide follows the current state of your account: if you have not opened your first list yet, it starts there; if your plan application is awaiting approval, it explains what happens next.
