HOSTECH by TUSİD 2026 Exhibitor List

How large is the show?

The organiser reports 364 exhibiting companies for the 2025 edition. The fair holds prestigious fair status from the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the organiser presents it as the largest HORECA fair in Eurasia.

The listed visitor groups include hotel and resort managers, restaurant and café chain operators, purchasing and supply chain managers, interior architects and turnkey project designers, as well as international buyers, distributors and importers.

Why would a foreign supplier look at this list?

Turkey has a large domestic industry for commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, and many of its manufacturers sell across the Middle East, the Caucasus and Africa. For a supplier of components such as controls, burners, compressors or stainless steel, the exhibitors are potential customers rather than competitors.

If you make finished equipment yourself and want to enter the Turkish market, the list works differently. It shows which companies already distribute imported brands and which product ranges are crowded, which helps when you look for a local partner.

When is the best moment to get in touch?

Hotels on the Turkish coast usually renovate in winter and want equipment delivered before the season opens. The fair sits at the start of that buying period. Ask for stand meetings three to five weeks in advance, and plan your follow-up for the first half of December, before the year-end break slows decisions down.

What should you keep in mind when writing to Turkish exhibitors?

A short message in English that names your product, your references in comparable markets and a concrete reason to meet is usually enough. Commercial electronic messages in Turkey are regulated by Law No. 6563 and the İYS registry, so check these rules before you plan a campaign.
