İstanbul Hırdavat Fuarı 2026 Exhibitor List

What does the exhibitor list cover?

The official product groups are power and mechanical hand tools and accessories, welding machines and electrodes, compressors and air tools, hydraulic tools, gas fittings, fasteners, lifting equipment and occupational health and safety products. According to the organiser's 2025 results report, 375 companies exhibited and 28,915 trade visitors came from 98 countries, 6,455 of them from abroad.

Who are you likely to meet?

According to the organiser, most visitors are company owners and general managers, followed by technical and finance managers. Buyers from industrial plants, shipyards, construction firms, public bodies and wholesalers are named as target groups.

For a foreign brand, the most useful part of the list is usually the importers. A large share of Turkish hardware exhibitors import tools and sell them through dealer networks, and some of them are looking for additional brands to carry.

How should you time your approach?

Turkish hardware distributors tend to set next year's price lists and dealer terms in December and January. A meeting at the fair puts your offer on the table before those decisions are made. Send meeting requests about three weeks ahead and follow up within a week of the show, ideally with samples and a price list in euros.

What should a foreign supplier prepare?

Distributors will ask about minimum order quantities, spare parts availability and after-sales service in Turkey. Having clear answers to those questions matters more than a long product catalogue. Electronic marketing messages to Turkish recipients fall under Law No. 6563 and the İYS registry.
