ISM is the annual sweets and snacks fair organised by Koelnmesse in Cologne. Chocolate, biscuit, confectionery, nut and savoury snack producers meet retail chains, importers, wholesalers and private label buyers. From 2027 it runs as a trio, together with dedicated formats for ingredients and for production and packaging technology.
What does the new ISM trio mean for visitors?
Koelnmesse has announced that ProSweets Cologne joins the ISM umbrella brand as ISM Manufacturing from 2027. ISM Ingredients, ISM Manufacturing and ISM Snacks & Sweets now take place together, so ingredient suppliers and machinery makers can appear on the same participant list as finished-product brands.
