Paris Packaging Week 2027 Exhibitor List

Who exhibits, and who visits?

Exhibitors are mostly packaging manufacturers and decoration specialists: glass, closures and dispensing systems, labels, paper and board, metal and plastic packaging. According to the organiser, visitors are packaging directors, designers, engineers and procurement teams from major beauty, drinks, luxury and FMCG brands. Entry is free with registration.

How can a supplier use the exhibitor list?

Because exhibitors are themselves suppliers to brands, the list is most useful for business between suppliers: offering components, decoration or finishing services to packaging makers, finding a production partner, or finding a French agent for your own range. UK firms with a niche process, such as specialist printing, embellishment or recycled materials, often find more traction with converters than by approaching brands cold.

Development cycles in luxury packaging are long and sample requests come early. State minimum order quantities, decoration options and sample lead times in your first message.

When should you start the conversation?

The show is held in early February. French offices slow down over Christmas and the first days of January, so early December or the second week of January is the better window. Paris is one hour ahead of the UK. A French opening line is appreciated.

What applies to emailing French companies?

For recipients in the EU, the GDPR applies together with national rules. In France, business-to-business email is generally accepted when it relates to the recipient's professional activity and offers an opt-out in every message. Exhibitors based in Germany are subject to stricter rules on unsolicited email, so contact them by phone or at the show instead. Campaign emails go to the company's general address.
