How big is the fair?

According to the organiser's figures for 2026, 400 companies from 10 countries exhibited and more than 12,000 visitors came from 91 countries. The next show will be the 23rd edition.

Exhibitor comments published by the organiser mention visitors from Europe, the UK, Russia, the Middle East, North Africa and the Balkans, alongside domestic buyers from Gaziantep, Istanbul and Bursa.

Who is the list useful for?

If you buy yarn for knitting or weaving, the exhibitors are potential sources, and Turkey's proximity to Europe shortens lead times compared with Asian suppliers. If you sell fibre, spinning machinery parts, dyes or testing equipment, the same companies are your customers.

Sorting the list by yarn type before the show saves time; spinners tend to specialise, and a cotton spinner rarely covers technical synthetics as well.

How do you plan around a March show?

The fair falls when orders for autumn and winter collections are being placed. Buyers compare several mills on the spot, so arrive with target prices and specifications. Request meetings two to four weeks ahead, and send quotations and samples within a week of the fair, as prices in this sector move quickly.

What should a foreign buyer or supplier know?

Turkish mills are used to working with European buyers and will ask about quantities, certification and payment terms early. Commercial electronic messages to Turkish recipients fall under Law No. 6563 and the İYS registry.
