Who visits, and who exhibits?

The organiser reports 527 exhibitors from 25 countries and 19,308 visitors from 134 countries for the 2026 edition. The official visitor profile names purchasing staff from public and private hospitals, hospital managers, doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory managers and technicians, distributors and representatives of the Ministry of Health.

Can the list help you find a Turkish distributor?

For a UK or other overseas manufacturer, a local distributor is often the practical route into Turkish hospitals. Among the exhibitors you will find both Turkish manufacturers and the dealers who sell imported brands, which makes the list a good way to see who already handles products close to yours. Bear in mind that medical devices sold in Turkey generally need to be registered in the national product tracking system (ÜTS), so a partner experienced with registration is worth more than one with a large catalogue.

How far ahead should you plan?

The fair is held in mid-April. Contact distributors between late February and mid-March, and send your CE documentation and product sheets before the meeting rather than at the stand. Quotations and sample requests are best followed up within two weeks of the show.

What is new for 2027?

According to the official site, the 2027 edition adds a special section called Expovet, covering animal health, clinical technologies and diagnostics, together with an innovation area. Veterinary equipment suppliers may find the fair relevant for the first time.
