What does the show cover?

Food and drink products make up the core of the exhibition, and the official site has added FoodTech, a new product group for food processing and packaging technologies, together with a Food Tech Garage and innovative products area.

According to the organiser's figures for 2025, 1,345 companies from 40 countries exhibited, 473 of them from abroad, and 78,341 visitors came from 153 countries, of whom the organiser counts 20,182 as international visitors.

Which suppliers benefit from the exhibitor list?

If you supply ingredients, flavourings, packaging materials or processing equipment, the Turkish food manufacturers exhibiting here are potential customers. If you are a retailer or importer sourcing private label products, the list shows which Turkish producers are actively looking for buyers. When is the best time to make contact?

The fair is held in mid-December, while retail and food service buyers are planning next year's ranges. Ask for meetings in the first half of November and schedule follow-up for the second week of January, after the holiday period.

Expect questions about certification, including halal and food safety standards, lead times, minimum order quantities and price in euros or US dollars. A short English product sheet with these details shortens the conversation at the stand. Turkey has its own rules for commercial electronic messages (Law No. 6563 and the İYS registry), which are worth checking before any campaign.
